Océ Lightjet

Our Lightjet Printers give true photographic output, from digital files, on silver emulsion papers. Because the imaging is done by red, green and blue lasers, they have a continuous tone look with an apparent 4000 dpi resolution. These long lasting prints are perfect for high quality needs such as: photographic exhibits, museum displays, trade show graphics, POP signs, backlit signs, posters and reproductions of historical photographs. These prints provide you with a saturated and sharp output for high impact graphics. With our color management system and experienced technicians we are able to supply you with the best quality output on time and on budget

As with other digital output we require a hard copy for checking and any placed images, Pantone formulas or custom color formulas and fonts used in your document. Illustrator, Freehand and, Corel Draw users please convert fonts to paths or curves.
When setting up your files for the lightjet you should work in the RGB color space, size your document at 100% of the final size at 200 ppi. Avoid jpeg and LZW compressions as these file formats can reduce the quality of your prints.

Inkjet Printing

As with all digital output, we require a hard copy and any placed images, Pantone formulas or custom color formulas and any fonts used in your document. Illustrator, Freehand and Corel Draw users, please convert fonts to paths or curves.

Epson Inkjet

When you would like to reproduce your original artwork, digital image or photograph for limited edition prints or for a gift, we can help you. We scan and optimize your original piece up to 40 x 60, then one of our technicians will optimize the file for printing on the media of your choice. With every print you receive a test strip for your approval and suggestions for corrections before we print your final. We use archival (Epson Ultrachrome) inks on acid free medias to produce a long lasting reproduction for you. After printing we can stretch and frame your reproductions for you or supply you with a flat piece to finish at a later time.

Mimaky Solvent printers

Our solvent printers provide you with a highly durable banner or print from your files, film and original art. You can have a banner as large as 8’ x 50’ (in one pice) or larger with seaming or vehicle wraps and graphics, window graphics, gas pump signs, wall covering, lower cost POP graphics, mounted posters and bus signs. We can finish your banner or sign with pole pockets, grommets, edge wrap and flush mount. Let us help you produce your next outdoor banner or sign.

Dyesublimation

The basic inkjet dye sublimation process uses a heat sensitive sublimation dye, dissolved in a liquid, to print graphics and text onto special inkjet paper. The dye sub transfer paper and fabric are then placed into an heat press. At high temperatures, the solid dyes in the print converts into a gas without ever becoming a liquid. When the heating cycle is completed, the image on the paper has been transferred to the item and has actually become part of the surface. When the item is removed from the heat press, the temperature drops, the pores close and the gas reverts to a solid state. It has now become part of the fabric; it cannot be washed out or come off, unless the actual fibers or coating is damaged. All of our inkjet sublimation is done on white fabric. The reason for this is the inks are actually transparent, when sublimated, and need a background to show up. White is the ideal background because it does not clash with the colors. Indeed, the white background actually enhances the colors. This allows printing a wide gamut of vibrant, brilliant colors on multiple substrates
